Returns & Exchanges
1. Cancelled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order once it is placed but before it has shipped, we offer two options:
a) A refund to the original form of payment minus a 5% fee
b) A store credit for the full purchase amount
2. Returns
We accept returns at a 10% restocking fee. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 45 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 45 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 7 days, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your method of payment, it can take up to 10 days for the banking institution to post your funds.
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Sale items are non-returnable & non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
We only exchange goods free of cost if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@pcottontail.com with details of the product and the defect. Once approved for a return, you can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 7 days time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. In the case that the exact style and size is not available for replacement, we will offer store credit for a refund to the original payment method on file.
4. Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
Any Holiday Themed items including but not limited to Valentines Day, St. Patricks Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Masks and any other Face Coverings
Teething, Feeding, and Bathing supplies including but not limited to Teethers, Dishes, Eating utensils, Bath Toys
Sale items & Mystery Bundle items.
4. Shipping
Please allow 1-4 days for your regular orders to ship.
Please allow 7 days for Stocking Stuffer & Easter Basket Stuffer Events.
Please allow 5 weeks (25 business days) TAT for the following large sales:
Black Friday
Cyber Monday
Small Business Saturday
After Christmas Sales
End of Season Sales
We do not ship orders on Fridays or Sundays.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping and the 10% restocking fee where applicable by this return policy.
We offer the ability to purchase ROUTE shipping protection on your orders. P. Cottontail & Co. and it's Owners are NOT responsible for:
Declined Route Claims, USPS Claims, UPS Claims, Fed Ex Claims, or any other delivery service used to ship our goods.
Orders for which USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL tracking reads Delivered.
Stolen Packages or Porch Theft
Undeliverable packages due to mistyped addresses
Filing Claims on your behalf
P. Cottontail & Co. cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by USPS, UPS, FED EX, DHL, or any other delivery service, or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
