Please note that by purchasing items posted for this sale you are agreeing and acknowledging the following:

1. We will NOT be able to combine orders for this sale other than round 1 - each order will ship as it's own separate order from round 2 and on.  We WILL be refunding shipping overages if you overpaid.  

2.  Many of these discounts reduce items to BELOW wholesale prices - we cannot offer free shipping for this event.   We WILL do a drawing to reimburse shipping charges for 15 random orders in the form of STORE CREDIT

3.  There are absolutely NO Returns & Exchanges on sale and clearance items

4.  Discounts are not retroactive

5. As often happens in large sales, oversells will happen - we will reach out with alternates to ensure you have a chance at getting items at sale price.  If you should choose store credit for your refund, you will receive your missing item value + 12% in the form of store credit

6.  Per our posted terms of sale, shipping times for large sale events is 25 business days (5 weeks)  Due to the amount of time it takes to respond to hundreds of emails requesting order status, we will hold off on replying until 25 days have passed
